Common Questions

Clear answers to help you understand our approach to financial education.

What makes your programs different from online courses?
Our programs focus on the Malaysian context specifically. We address local regulations like LHDN requirements, local investment products available through Malaysian banks, and structures like waqf that are relevant here. The content is practical and immediately applicable rather than theoretical. Class sizes are intentionally kept small to allow for discussion and questions specific to your situation.
Do I need prior financial knowledge to attend?
No prior knowledge is required. Each program is designed to meet you where you are. We start with fundamental concepts and build from there. The freelancer program assumes you understand your work but may be new to managing business finances. The gold education program assumes no prior investment knowledge. The philanthropic program assumes generosity but not necessarily structured giving experience.
How are the sessions delivered?
Sessions are held in person at our location in Puchong, Selangor. We believe the interaction and discussion that happens in person adds significant value. Each session includes presentation, exercises, and group discussion. Materials and worksheets are provided both in digital and physical formats. Small group sizes ensure everyone can participate.
What is your refund policy?
If you attend the first session and feel the program is not right for you, we will refund your full payment minus an administrative fee of RM 200. After the first session, we do not offer refunds, but you may transfer your enrollment to a future cohort if needed. We want participants who are committed to completing the full program and applying what they learn.
How do I know which program is right for me?
Consider your current situation and what you want to address. The freelancer program is for those managing irregular income and self-employment. The gold education program is for those curious about precious metals as part of their financial picture. The philanthropic program is for those who give regularly and want more structure. You're welcome to contact us to discuss which program fits your needs.
Do you provide ongoing support after completing a program?
Participants receive access to updated materials and resources for one year after completing a program. We also host quarterly alumni sessions where past participants can reconnect, share experiences, and ask follow-up questions. These are informal gatherings, not formal teaching sessions, but they provide ongoing community support.
