1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Azimuth Fin regarding your use of our website and participation in our financial education programs. By accessing our website or enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Definitions

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service and enroll in our programs. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Program Enrollment and Payment

4.1 Enrollment Process

To enroll in a program, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your information.

4.2 Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of enrollment unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to applicable taxes.

4.3 Refund Policy

If you attend the first session of a program and determine it is not suitable for you, we will provide a full refund minus an administrative fee of RM 200. After the first session, no refunds will be provided. However, you may transfer your enrollment to a future cohort of the same program within six months of your original enrollment date.

5. Program Participation

5.1 Attendance

Regular attendance at all scheduled sessions is expected. If you cannot attend a session, please notify us in advance. Missing more than one session may affect your ability to fully benefit from the program.

5.2 Conduct

You agree to participate respectfully and professionally during program sessions. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

5.3 Confidentiality

Financial matters discussed during programs are confidential. You agree not to disclose personal information or financial details shared by other participants.

6. Intellectual Property

All Content provided through our Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, course materials, templates, and worksheets, is the property of Azimuth Fin and is protected by Malaysian and international copyright laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content solely for your personal educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Content without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 Educational Purpose

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Azimuth Fin and its directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our Service.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or other unforeseeable events. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected program sessions.

11. Program Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel a program if minimum enrollment is not met or due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid, or you may elect to transfer your enrollment to a future cohort.

12. Privacy

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may proceed with formal dispute resolution.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Azimuth Fin regarding your use of our Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.
